Children and minors may only ride according to Hitch It’s Rider Policies and any applicable parent/guardian requirements.

If you voluntarily provide information about mobility needs, accessibility needs, service animals, medical appointment transportation, or special assistance requests, Hitch It may use that information only to provide safe and appropriate transportation service.
Hitch It does not use this information to discriminate against riders.
When a service animal’s role is not obvious, ADA guidance allows businesses to ask only limited questions: whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform.
