Hitch It’s website and services are not intended for children under 13 to use independently.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. COPPA places requirements on operators of websites or online services directed to children under 13, or services that knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Children and minors may only ride according to Hitch It’s Rider Policies and any applicable parent/guardian requirements.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Hitch It without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.

12. Accessibility, Service Animals, and Special Assistance Information

If you voluntarily provide information about mobility needs, accessibility needs, service animals, medical appointment transportation, or special assistance requests, Hitch It may use that information only to provide safe and appropriate transportation service.

Hitch It does not use this information to discriminate against riders.

When a service animal’s role is not obvious, ADA guidance allows businesses to ask only limited questions: whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Businesses generally may not ask about the person’s disability or require documentation.
