Hitch It Rider Policy Summary

Hitch It is committed to safe, respectful, and reliable transportation. Riders are expected to be ready at pickup, wear seat belts, treat drivers and vehicles with respect, and follow all safety rules. Smoking, vaping, drugs, open alcohol, abusive behavior, threats, vehicle damage, and unsafe conduct are not allowed. Hitch It may refuse, cancel, or end a ride early if a rider is intoxicated, aggressive, unsafe, or violates company policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, extra stops, wait time, cleaning, damages, tolls, and additional mileage may result in extra fees. For safety and security, Hitch It vehicles may use interior and exterior video surveillance. By booking or riding with Hitch It, riders agree to Hitch It’s full rider policies, cancellation policy, refund policy, and safety rules.
